Care of the Elderly Bus Ride

Created by Paul 3 years ago
The day after Nan's trip to Parliament I had to go to London for a business meeting. As my meeting was not until mid morning I meet up with them all at their hotel at Marble Arch. As my meeting was south of the river I joined Nan and Joanne on a bus ride from their hotel to Vauxhall Bridge where they could get the river cruise. It was a circular bus route and it was quite busy, so Joanne and I had to get a seat at the back behind the middle doors whilst Nana was able to get a seat for the elderly at the front by the driver. Whilst on our bus journey looking at some of the sites on the way a number of people got on and off, including a couple that Nana Sarah thought were Joanne and I. She thought we had left her to keep going round the circular bus route for the day as a way of getting "free" care for the elderly. We all laughed about it together when we finally got off the bus at Vauxhall.
